We did it! 

That’s right, the long-awaited ship upgrade and increased capacity of Desire Cruises have arrived, and what a way to make it happen! We kicked things off with an incredible pre-boarding party, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Acropolis at sunset in Athens. Over 400 guests brought their own touch of sensuality and unique energy, setting the tone for the unforgettable journey ahead.

With high expectations, our team arrived early in the morning to prepare the new Desire Cruise “playroom.” With double the guest capacity on a brand-new ship, we knew we had to give it our all to make sure this beginning was worthy of our guests. We’re kicking off our Mediterranean adventure with room for improvement and open ears for all your suggestions and feedback. And while the Mediterranean is always impressive, Greece and Turkey have quickly become some of our favorite spots, thanks to their stunning islands, architecture, and iconic sights.

Once again, luck was on our side, as the weather gods smiled upon us. For more than two weeks, ships hadn’t been able to anchor in Mykonos and Santorini, but our good fortune allowed us to fully enjoy the attractions each port had to offer. Every evening, we returned to our floating home to unleash the magic created onboard, with new activities, more workshops by our guest sexperts, and the freedom to dive headfirst into the Desire experience.

There’s really no way to fully describe Desire Cruise—it’s something you have to experience to believe. And it looks like many of you have done just that, filling our next cruises to the point of creating waiting lists! I just want to thank you all for such a fantastic start in our new “floating home.” We’ve learned so much from this experience, and we’re excited to make each upcoming itinerary even better, together with you. We already miss you, and we can’t wait to see you on the next cruise to keep making history together as the BIGGEST and MOST EXCLUSIVE cruise on the seven seas.
