The tenth cruise took a while to arrive, and the time we were able to enjoy it was very brief. Yes, this time our cruise felt like a sigh, and they say that when you’re having a good time, time practically flies, and this was no exception. With a climate that didn’t promise much due to the low temperatures, our guests at the pre-Cruise meet & greet had the opportunity to socialize and get to know each other before boarding at a renovated and exclusive club in Barcelona, ​​where more than 150 couples arrived punctually to enjoy a very sensual and erotic night, before returning early to their hotels to prepare for boarding, which, as usual, awaited us at noon.

On May 4th, the weather was on our side, the wonderful team of Azamara Quest, excited and happy, reported operations ready to receive our Desire Cruisers, while the team finished every detail in areas such as the pool, restaurants, Playroom, and rehearsed to make each night and day as perfect as possible. Once all the passengers were on board, we began our journey through the French Riviera and iconic ports along the way, where every day was memorable and the nights spectacular, with most of our guests dressed in themed costumes like never before, making each night much more mystical and the atmosphere between our exclusive performances, the live band at the bar, resident DJs, and the sensuality and eroticism of our Playroom combined to create what only Desire Cruises can generate along with our guests. Stops in ports that had a mix of small villages and ports, with ancient cities full of history, or those that were central points to head towards the more than 10 hours we sometimes stopped to visit iconic cities like Florence or the opulence of Monaco, and once the afternoon came, we resumed our course, enjoying the company of new friends, an exquisite dinner, or fun nights of dancing and ending in ecstasy in the Playroom.

But as everything good and not so good has an expiration date, our cruise would end at the port of Civitavecchia, Rome. After having the best White Party in history, where we had the wonderful atmosphere that only Azamara Quest can provide, a magnificent band that made everyone dance, and then receiving the great surprise of the night, delighting us with a wonderful opera duet, while the Italian sunset of Tuscany bid us farewell to the rhythm of “O sole mio”. Today we close this great tenth cruise with a bittersweet taste, saying goodbye to our friends from Azamara, and happy to know that in just 4 months we will return to a new ship, to create new memories.
